Worker Protection

A Message to Our Workers

At ChambaNOW, workers come first.

Our platform was built with day laborers at its core—to help you find work faster, connect directly with hirers, and be treated with dignity and respect.

Your privacy matters to us. ChambaNOW will NEVER ask about your immigration status, and we do not sell or share your personal information. We only use the information you provide to operate the platform, help you connect with work opportunities, protect our users, and comply with the law.

You should always feel safe using ChambaNOW.

If a hirer refuses to pay you, treats you unfairly, asks you to do unsafe work, threatens you, discriminates against you, misrepresents a job, or makes you uncomfortable in any way, please report it to us.

We want to know.

ChambaNOW may investigate reports and remove hirers who violate our rules or put workers at risk. Your report could also help protect other workers from having the same experience.

You are never required to accept a job, continue working in an unsafe situation, or tolerate disrespectful treatment.

ChambaNOW is on your side. We are committed to protecting your privacy, listening to your concerns, and building a platform that gives workers more control, more opportunity, and a safer way to find work.

You work hard. You deserve respect. You deserve to be paid fairly. And you deserve a platform built for you.

Worker Rights & Safety

You Deserve Fair Pay, Safe Work, and Respect

Every worker deserves to be treated fairly—whether the job lasts a few hours, several days, or becomes a permanent position. Knowing your rights can help you avoid unsafe jobs, wage theft, discrimination, and other unfair treatment.

ChambaNOW connects workers and hirers, but ChambaNOW is not the employer, staffing agency, contractor, or legal representative of either party. Workers and hirers are responsible for discussing the job terms and following all applicable laws.
