Why we built ChambaNow

ChambaNow started from a simple frustration: hiring reliable local help was too hard, and too many good workers were standing in a parking lot hoping someone would pull over.

Day labor runs this country, but it was still stuck in phone calls, paperwork, middlemen, and agencies taking 25–75% markup on every worker. And for millions of Spanish-speaking workers, the language barrier made all of it harder.

I built ChambaNow to fix that: a bilingual marketplace where hirers and workers chat in their own language — every message translates instantly — where workers use the platform free, and where nobody has to pay a middleman to get an honest day's work.

We believe the American dream should stay within reach for every person willing to work for it. That's what we build, every day.
