About the position Power Design has an opportunity for a Custodian to join our organization for the overnight shift. Hours will be 6 pm to 2 am. position details/responsibilities Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming. Gather and empty trash. Service, clean, and supply restrooms. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. Dust furniture, walls, and all vertical and horizontal surfaces. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to buildin. This is a flooring and tile opportunity with Power Design in Saint Petersburg, Pinellas County. Flooring and tile installation — hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. Installers prep subfloors, lay materials, and finish edges for a durable, level result.
