Facility Maintenance Technician
About this role
Services - incumbent will use maintenance, repair / general contractor skills to including finish carpentry work, drywall installation and finishing contactors preferred. • Forklift experience preferred primary workstation is in the warehouse, where the noise level is. This is a carpentry opportunity with ALLTECH CONSULTING SVC INC in Saint Petersburg, FL. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.
What you'll do
- Frame walls, install trim, doors, and cabinetry
- Measure and cut lumber accurately
- Read and work from construction drawings
- Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
- Ensure level, square, and plumb results
