HVAC Service Repair Technician – St. Pete, FL Work year round! This company has not had a layoff in 7 years! Get in the door with a busy and established HVAC company offering a temp-perm opportunity. We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Repair Technician to diagnose and repair residential (90%) and commercial (10%) hea. This is a HVAC opportunity with Tradeco Construction in Saint Petersburg, Pinellas County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
