Full-time Description Carteret Management Corporation is seeking to fill a Facilities Cleaning & Maintenance Assistant role responsible for the custodial, grounds keeping and light maintenance of a new apartment community located in Saint Peterburg, FL. This position offers full-time employment at a competitive salary with a strong benefit package including: Over 4 weeks of total PAID TIME OFF per year (PTO & Holiday) Health plans with LOW monthly premiums FREE Short & Long Term Disability 401K. This is a cleaning and janitorial opportunity with Carteret Management Corporation in Saint Petersburg, Pinellas County. Cleaning, janitorial, and custodial work for homes, offices, or facilities. Cleaners sanitize surfaces, manage waste, and keep spaces presentable and safe.
