Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician
About this role
ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an HVAC Tune Up Tech to perform residential and light commercial system tune-ups, inspections, and preventive maintenance. In this role, you’ll clean and test HVAC components, identify performance issues, and make service recommendations while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll follow strict safety and quality standards, document all work, and coordinate with dispatch and senior techs. ARS/Rescue Rooter offers stable, year-round work, ongoing technical. This is a HVAC opportunity with ARS-Rescue Rooter in Sugar Land, Fort Bend County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
