The HVAC Technician is an independent professional specializing in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of residential HVAC systems. This role requires local travel to various job sites and offers opportunities for growth through specialized training. The technician will be supported with a uniform t-shirt, spiff pay incentives, and a take-home van for convenient transportation to and from assignments. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
