Property Maintenance Technician Shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm Location: College Park MD The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing maintenance repairs, performing preventative maintenance throughout the property, curb appeal projects and responsible for the turnover of units. The right candidate must provide quality customer care and services to existing and prospective residents. RESPONSIBILITIES *Responsible for maintenance of vac. This is a events and setup opportunity with Synerfac Technical Staffing in College Park, Prince George's County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.

- Set up and tear down staging and seating
- Move and stage equipment and furniture
- Follow event layouts and timelines
- Assist with load-in and load-out
- Keep the venue clean and safe
