ROSS Companies is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians who are looking to expand their trade skills and grow into a well-rounded Maintenance Technician role within the multifamily industry. This position is ideal for candidates with HVAC experience who are interested in developing expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, and general property maintenance. As part of our maintenance team, you will help ensure our communities remain safe, comfort. This is a electrical opportunity with ROSS Companies in College Park, Prince George's County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
