Position Summary W2 | Uncapped Commissions Experience Level: Entry-Level to Experienced Sales Professionals Welcome Travel: Local Travel Required (CT) The Project Consultant is responsible for generating new business, conducting property inspections, educating homeowners on restoration solutions, and guiding customers through the project process from initial contact to project completion. This is a field-based sales role with uncapped earning potentia. This is a construction opportunity with Aspen Contracting in Bridgeport, Fairfield County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
