About this role
Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the upkeep of single-family rental homes in our growing portfolio. In this field-based role, you’ll perform intermediate-level maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. You will complete work orders, conduct inspections, ensure homes are move-in ready, and respond to resident service requests with urgency and professionalism. Working independently and with regional teams. This is a electrical opportunity with Invitation Homes in Castle Rock, Douglas County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
