Field Services Coordinator I
About this role
The Field Services Coordinator (FSC) I will assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with the day-to-day operations of an assigned construction project. The FSC will be in the field and job locations will vary based on ongoing projects. The ability to travel and relocate to projects is essential to the success of this position. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
