The Maintenance Technician performs general building maintenance tasks. The primary role of the Maintenance Technician is keeping good tenant relations. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing service requests in a timely and proper manner. The Maintenance Technician works closely with the Property Manager. Job Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities: Locates and repairs roof leaks in all types of roofs including single ply rubber roofs. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with St. John Properties, Inc. in Sterling, Loudoun County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
