Technician Join our maintenance team performing facility repairs, HVAC maintenance, preventative improvement projects every day! This is a HVAC opportunity with Elwood Staffing Services, Inc. in Sterling Heights, MI. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
