Maintenance Tech III Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the physical plant, buildings, and grounds. Responsible for inspecting, trouble shooting, adjusting and making necessary repair to the physical plant, equipment, systems, buildings, and grounds. Requires the use of good engineering practices, compliance with various codes and standards with close coordination with all hospital personnel. Responsible for coordinating work schedules and completing projects relating to the general. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with Randolph Health in Asheboro, Randolph County. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.
