Maintenance Plumbing Technician
About this role
This position performs skilled plumbing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting work on City facilities under the supervision of the Assistant Construction Manager. QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Special Requirements: Master Plumber License preferred and 10 years of plumbing experience. The ability to receive a BPAT license and Customer Service Inspections for new and existing services. Must possess a valid Texas class "C" drive. This is a plumbing opportunity with City of Conroe in Conroe, Montgomery County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
