Assistant Maintenance Tech SUMMARY : Performs specific carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, masonry, and appliance repairs in residential apartment communities by performing the following duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : are listed below and will always include those specifically assigned by the immediate supervisor. • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in completing the turn-key apartment renovations and make ready process. • Performs work in response to Maintenance Service Req. This is a electrical opportunity with 5305 Marquis in Conroe, Montgomery County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
