Maintenance Mechanic – 2nd Shift Department: Maintenance Position Type: Hourly Schedule- M-F 3pm-11:30pm Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support industrial manufacturing operations by maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting production equipment, facility systems, and plant support machinery. This position is responsible for responding to maintenance needs based on production requirements while helping ensure equipment. This is a production and manufacturing opportunity with LEAD Staffing in Chattanooga, Hamilton County. Production, assembly, and machine operation on the factory floor. Operators run equipment, assemble products, and meet quality and output targets.
