Oak Properties is looking for a dependable, skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to help maintain our approximately 150-unit Chattanooga rental portfolio.This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality work, and treats residents professionally. You will work with our senior maintenance technician while also handling routine repairs and unit-turn assignments independently based on your experience. Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly Responsibilities:. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Oak Properties in Chattanooga, Hamilton County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
