Maintenance Handyman (Full-time)
About this role
The reliable and skilled Maintenance Handyman is to perform general maintenance and repair work for commercial or industrial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and troubleshooting maintenance issues while ensuring facilities remain safe and functional. This is a full-time position responsible for our branches primarily located in the Greater St. Louis area, with secondary responsibility for our out-of-tow. This is a electrical opportunity with Royal Banks of Missouri in Saint Louis, Saint Louis County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
