Job Overview We are a premier property management firm and handyman, maintenance company firm overseeing nearly 1,000 units, ranging from single-family homes and multi-family apartments as well as commercial storefronts. We are looking for a High-Level maintenance technician - jack-of-all-trades who enjoys a fast-paced environment and variety in their daily work. This role is perfect for someone with a broad mechanical aptitude who can walk into any unit, identif. This is a HVAC opportunity with Smart Maintenance in Saint Louis, Saint Louis County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
