Maintenance & Facility Technician Classification: Non-Exempt Schedule: 1 st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 10 hours per day (days) Department/Division: Facilities/Operations Reports To: Maintenance & Facilities Lead (This position is subject to the Export Control Laws, which requires employees to be one of the following: (a) a citizen of the United States; (b) a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or (c) a person admitted into the United States as. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Cascade Gasket and Manufacturing Co, Inc. in Auburn, King County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
