About this role
The Carpenter is responsible for performing standard to moderately complex tasks involving building, installing, and repairing structures, fixtures and other items using different types of materials including wood and steel. Travel to different job sites is required for this role. Responsibilities: Work with materials such as steel, concrete, wood, plastic, fiberglass or drywall. Plans and performs standard to moderately complex carpentry tasks necessary to construct, erect, install, or repai. This is a carpentry opportunity with Hoar Construction in Auburn, Lee County. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.

- Measure and cut lumber accurately
- Read and work from construction drawings
- Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
- Ensure level, square, and plumb results
