Foam Pour Line Maintenance Manager This hands-on leadership role oversees maintenance operations for a flexible slab polyurethane foam pour line in a manufacturing plant. The Foam Pour Line Maintenance Manager leads and develops the maintenance team while working directly on the production floor to troubleshoot equipment, respond to breakdowns, improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and drive overall equipment reliability and safety. Responsibilities. This is a flooring and tile opportunity with Aerotek in Asheboro, Randolph County. Flooring and tile installation — hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. Installers prep subfloors, lay materials, and finish edges for a durable, level result.
