You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties of the exterior of the building and common areas. This includes trash and debris removal, trash pick up throughout the property, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and arranging large bulky item. This is a cleaning and janitorial opportunity with JMT MANAGEMENT LLC in Santa Ana, Orange County. Cleaning, janitorial, and custodial work for homes, offices, or facilities. Cleaners sanitize surfaces, manage waste, and keep spaces presentable and safe.
