Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor Department: Program Region: Orange County The Maintenance Specialist provides support to the maintenance team in the general maintenance requests and safety of the facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintenance Goal: Maintain Mercy House properties to the highest standards ensuring maintenance tasks are completed accurately, timely and to safety code standards. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Work with. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Mercy House in Santa Ana, Orange County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
