About this role
Facilities Maintenance HVAC Technician Reports To: Corporate Director of Facilities Location inventory, and parts for efficient service delivery. Follow all applicable safety, Refrigerant Certification required. Valid CA Driver' s License and reliable transportation. This is a HVAC opportunity with KPC Global MSO in Santa Ana, CA. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
