Wage Range: Minimum $16.90 - Maximum $19.37 an hour POSITION SUMMARY Under general supervision of the Manager or Maintenance personnel, the Janitor is responsible for keeping exterior, common areas, vacant units, sidewalks and alleyways of property(ies) in a clean and safe condition. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES General duties: Cleans all hallways. Cleans all common and reception areas. Cleans all vacant apartments. Cleans all parking areas, sidewalks and alleyways. Cleans. This is a cleaning and janitorial opportunity with Eden Housing in Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz County. Cleaning, janitorial, and custodial work for homes, offices, or facilities. Cleaners sanitize surfaces, manage waste, and keep spaces presentable and safe.
