The REMM Group is actively seeking an experienced Multifamily Maintenance Technician to support our beautiful Lease-up community in Santa Cruz, CA. This position assists with the day-to-day oper. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with The REMM Group in Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
