About this role
Landscape and maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Shall perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: mowing, trimming, weeding, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, drainage repair, sod laying, and irrigation repair. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following: Follows written and oral daily instruction to complete routine grounds keeping duties. Waters all plants, flowers and. This is a carpentry opportunity with Santa Clara Development Corporation in San Pedro, Rio Arriba County. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.
