About this role
Position Summary: Keeps building in clean and orderly condition and tends furnace, air conditioner, and broiler to provide heat, cool air, and hot water. This is illustrative only of the responsibilities performed by this position and is not all inclusive. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums, hallways, bathrooms and office space. Empties inside trash containers daily; empty outside garbage containers weekly. Refills toilet paper, paper towels. This is a HVAC opportunity with Santa Clara Pueblo Administrative in San Pedro, Rio Arriba County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
