Grounds and Facilities Technician Seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Grounds and Facilities Technician to help maintain a church building and property. This role ensures that the facilities are safe, functional, attractive, and welcoming to members and visitors. Key Responsibilities Maintain lawns, landscaping, and church grounds. Inspect and help maintain building systems and equipment. Monitor HVAC controls and implement schedule changes. Test emergenc. This is a HVAC opportunity with Roper Staffing in Columbia, Richland County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
