General Superintendent Company: TOLM Group Inc. Reports To: Vice President of Construction Employment Type: Full-Time The General Superintendent provides overall field leadership and oversight for one or more assigned water/wastewater construction projects. This position leads through Superintendents and Foremen to ensure work is planned and executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with schedule, quality, production, and cost expectations. The General Superintende. This is a production and manufacturing opportunity with Tolm Group in Cypress Valley, Conway County. Production, assembly, and machine operation on the factory floor. Operators run equipment, assemble products, and meet quality and output targets.
