About this role
Plans, coordinates, and supervises field operations of projects. Provides technical direction and is responsible for safety, costs, productivity, profitability, and overall quality of the work (including self-performed work). Key Responsibilities 1. Coordinates the means and methods, manpower, equipment, and material resources required to accomplish goals. 2. Develops and manages the construction plan with the PM for the successful execution of the work. 3. Ensures p. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
