TalentOne Staffing is seeking a General Laborer in the city of Santa Ana, CA and surrounding areas. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm & Overtime as needed) Pay: $16.90/hr - $19.00 D.O.E Responsibilities: Assembly Packaging Order pulling Warehouse Inventory Container unloading Manufacturing Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual - English/Spanish Punctuality and attendance Basic math is encouraged. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with Talent One in Santa Ana, Orange County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
What you'll do
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
- Load and unload trucks and pallets
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
- Scan and track inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
