About this role
General Description The focus of the facility maintenance is to keep the plant in good working condition and maintain the facility and equipment in workable condition. The direct duties include PM (preventative maintenance), facility repairs, painting, light construction, weekly PM on all equipment, and PM documentation. This includes spotting broken parts on equipment and the facility, and various other repairs on the Facility. Essential Duties Complies with all. This is a painting opportunity with Roli Roti in San Leandro, Alameda County. Interior and exterior painting and surface prep. Painters prep, prime, and coat surfaces, protecting finishes and delivering clean lines for homes and commercial spaces.

- Prep surfaces — sand, patch, tape, and prime
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings evenly
- Protect floors, fixtures, and landscaping
- Mix and match colors to spec
- Clean up and maintain equipment
