About this role
Full-time, temp-to-hire Welder needed in San Leandro for a Monday–Friday day shift. This role involves TIG, MIG, and GMAW-P welding, fabricating high- and low-voltage cabinets and components, reading drawings and specifications, measuring and fitting materials, and finishing welds to required tolerances. Responsibilities Perform TIG, MIG, and GMAW-P welding on various components and units. Read travelers, drawings, weld types, measurements, and specifications. Me. This is a welding and fabrication opportunity with LF Staffing Services, Inc. in San Leandro, Alameda County. Welding and metal fabrication — joining, cutting, and shaping steel and other metals. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.

- Weld using MIG, TIG, or stick as required
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Cut and grind metal to spec
- Inspect welds for strength and quality
- Follow shop safety and PPE requirements
