Job Overview: VPET is searching for a Maintenance that will perform or assist in executions of minor repairs that might include the following: Carpentry, Plumbing, Interior painting, refurbishing and cleaning of all equipment, on the building, utility or machinery. The Maintenance Worker will assist the lead and other maintenance techs in assigned tasks as needed. Essential Responsibilities : Inspect all equipment and repair jobs daily. Record keeping on repair logs and work orders daily. Overs. This is a plumbing opportunity with Vpet Usa in Valencia, Los Angeles County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
