Are you a seasoned construction leader ready to manage large-scale commercial landscape and site development projects across Southern California? Your Background: · Proven experience managing large commercial landscape projects of $1M from inception through completion, including site development. · 4-year degree i n Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field. PMP, CCM, LEED, or SITES AP certifications a plus · Adept at building trusted relationships with. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with Growth Factor Group in Valencia, Los Angeles County. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.
What you'll do
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties
- Plant, mulch, and maintain beds
- Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Install and maintain irrigation
- Remove debris and keep sites tidy
