About this role

GENERAL FUNCTION: Responsible repairs, cleaning, facility set up grounds, and other maintenance duties. PHYSICAL # Attend to janitorial needs on the tools for painting, drywall repair, plumbing and general valid California driver' s license and clear. This is a plumbing opportunity with Casa de Amparo in San Marcos, CA. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

  • Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
  • Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
