Apartment Maintenance Technician
About this role
The Maintenance Technician reports to the Community Manager and the Resident Services Supervisor. Under supervision, this individual is responsible in assisting for the overall maintenance of the property. RESPONSIBILITIES Participation in all maintenance projects and training classes as directed. Perform minor electrical repairs on items such as appliances, fixtures, switches and outlets, etc. Perform minor plumbing work, such as clearing drain stoppages, replac. This is a electrical opportunity with National Community Renaissance in San Marcos, San Diego County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
