Facilities Manager FLSA Status : Full Time - non-exempt Reports to: Corps Officers & Operations Director Schedule: 40W M-F 8:00AM – 4:30PM, On-call as needed Supervises: N/A Rate of Pay : $60,000 Annually Benefits : Standard; Full-Time, Non-Exempt employees are eligible for but not limited to the following: Health, vision, dental, life as well as voluntary life and disability insurance Sick leave benefit – 1 day per month, 12 sick days per year (accrua. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with The Salvation Army Intermountain Div in Colorado Springs, El Paso County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
