Olgoonik is an Equal Opportunity Employer Overview: The Concrete-Laborer has the skill and experience necessary to perform a variety of general Concrete-Labor and related construction activities under the direction of an experienced Job Foreman or Crew Leader and must be willing and able to follow instruction and learn quickly from lead craftsmen. Primary Responsibilities: Perform tasks on all areas and aspects of concrete and construction related projects. Must be able to assist in the lay-out. This is a construction opportunity with Olgoonik Corporation in Colorado Springs, El Paso County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
