This job is in Boise Idaho . We are seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical systems on a high-tech construction project. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of high-performance, mission-critical infrastructure that meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This individual will be an integral member of the on-site Electrical Team, managing all aspects. This is a electrical opportunity with IJC-HRS staffing in Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
