About this role
The Custodian / Groundskeeper performs housekeeping, janitorial, and basic maintenance tasks across the distribution center (DC) to maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. This role supports both interior cleaning and exterior grounds upkeep while assisting with general maintenance activities to ensure operations run efficiently. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Perform housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout the DC. Empty trash and cardboard containers and sweep floor areas to ma. This is a flooring and tile opportunity with Ozark Automotive Distributors in Lakeland, Polk County. Flooring and tile installation — hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. Installers prep subfloors, lay materials, and finish edges for a durable, level result.
