As a Forklift Operator, you are responsible for all activities associated with safely operating and caring for the forklift including operation, clean-up, and recommendation of improvements. The Royal Group’s mission is to provide value-added solutions to the most demanding customers. 2nd Shift- hours 3pm-11pm ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Operation and ca. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with The Royal Group in Lakeland, Polk County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
What you'll do
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
- Load and unload trucks and pallets
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
- Scan and track inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
