CONCRETE MOLD SETTER Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Concrete Mold Setter for a company based in Bessemer, AL. Pay Rate This range is strictly dependent on experience. Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 4 30 pm. Concrete Mold Setter Duties and Re. This is a construction opportunity with Automation Personnel Services in Bessemer, Jefferson County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
