About this role
Concrete Preparation & Pouring : Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete on floors, foundations, sidewalks, and other structures. Surface Preparation : Ensure proper surface preparation by setting forms, leveling, and grading work areas. Tool Operation : Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as wheelbarrows, concrete mixers, floats, trowels, and screeds to finish surfaces. Finishing Concrete : Help with smoothing and finishing the surface of poured concrete using. This is a flooring and tile opportunity with Rose Paving in Manassas, Prince William County. Flooring and tile installation — hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. Installers prep subfloors, lay materials, and finish edges for a durable, level result.

- Prep and level subfloors
- Install tile, hardwood, laminate, or vinyl
- Cut materials to fit around fixtures
- Grout, seal, and finish edges
