Residential Handyman The Residential Handyman Technician supports the Plumbing and HVAC divisions by performing general home‑repair tasks. This role restores work areas and completes light repairs. Key Responsibilities Service & Repair Perform light home‑repair tasks including drywall patching, painting, caulking, basic trim work, and minor cosmetic fixes. Restore areas affected by plumbing or HVAC work to a clean, finished condition. Address small issues discovered during plumbing/HVAC service. This is a plumbing opportunity with Apex Service Partners in Manassas, Prince William County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
